Run / Jog / Walk 5 km everyday in January at your club, with your friends, on a treadmill anywhere but please do join us on 28th Jan for our group run at Lilliput.
It will be 155 km’s in total to help raise funds to promote positive mental health with young people.
After signing up you will receive hints and tips on how to progress through the month and also recovery tips.
